Bruce Ives Biography and Net Worth

Bruce Ives is one of our Directors. Mr. Ives served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Comerica Bank, NA., from 2014 until his retirement in 2021, focusing on commercial real estate lending. Mr. Ives served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ihomebutler, Corp, an online home maintenance notification system from 2012 to 2014. Mr. Ives also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Coronado First Bank, where he led a $13.8 million initial public offering and established its commercial bank charter, from 2005 to 2012. In addition, Mr. Ives served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cuyamaca Bank from 1999 until 2004, where he worked closely with directors to shape long-term strategy, oversee lending authority and navigate the organization through complex economic cycles. Mr. Ives has also served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager business banking for Scripps Bank from 1996 to 1999 and as Vice President and Regional Premier Banking Manager for southern California for Wells Fargo Bank from 1989 to 1996. Mr. Ives has served on the board of directors of the Campanile Foundation for San Diego State University, the United Way, and chapters of the Boys & Girls Club. Mr. Ives received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from San Diego State University and is a graduate of both the University of San Diego Banking School and the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
