Brian Krzanich is the CEO of CDK Global Inc., formally ADP Dealer Services. Based in Illinois, the auto technology company provides services to automotive dealerships in the U.S. and in over 100 countries. Krzanich is also the former CEO of Intel.

After college, Krzanich began his career working as a process engineer at Intel in New Mexico, which would lead to a career spanning over 30 years with the technology company. After his first position working in Intel’s chip factory, Krzanich then became a manager of a fabrication plant, supervised assembly and testing facilities, and held multiple senior technical and leadership positions. 

In May 2013, he was elected as the company’s CEO, a position he held for five years until June 2018. As CEO, Krzanich diversified Intel’s product offerings and workforce as well as developed the company’s business model and the identification of new technologies. 

Krzanich has also held board positions with Deere & Co. and the Semiconductor Industry Association, along with the Drone Advisory Committee.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from San Jose State University in 1982. He currently lives in Atherton, California.
