She previously served on the boards of Marathon Oil (until its acquisition by ConocoPhillips in 2024), Atlantic Power, Noble Energy, and Rosetta Resources. She has also served on the Board of Trustees of Rice University since 2018. Ms. Ladhani holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University and an MBA from Rice University.
