Previously, Mr. Bouthillette served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of QES since its formation in 2017 through July 2020. Mr. Bouthillette has served on QES LP’s board of directors since April 2016. Prior to joining QES, Mr. Bouthillette was with Archer Limited, one of the QES Principal Stockholders, where he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel from 2010 to 2017 and additionally as President of Archer’s operations in South and North America since 2016. Mr. Bouthillette has more than 24 years of legal experience for oilfield services companies, and previously served as Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel for BJ Services from 2006 to 2010, as a partner with Baker Hostetler LLP from 2004 to 2006 and with Schlumberger in North America (Litigation Counsel), Asia (OFS Counsel) and Europe (General Counsel Products) from 1998 to 2003.
