He became Boeing’s Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing for Defense, Space & Security, securing major wins in aircraft, rotorcraft, services, space, missile systems, and satellites. Bell has also served as Strategy Lead for Boeing Defense and Space, where he was responsible for research & development prioritization, merger and acquisition playbook, and market analysis. Other former roles at Boeing include living and working in Helsinki and President, U.K. Operations.  

Bell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology. He currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Aerospace Industries Association.
