Jason Rinsky has been our Executive Vice President, Chief Tax and Treasury Officer since January 2026.  Jason is responsible for the global tax and treasury functions as well as the commercial real estate profile for the Company and all of its business units.  He previously served as Senior Vice President, Tax and Treasury from 2012 until his most recent promotion.

Jason joined the Company in 2006 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Taxation.  Jason also chairs DRS’ Retirement Plan Committee which has oversight over approximately $1 Billion of defined benefit and defined contribution plan assets.

He previously worked at both KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers advising clients on tax related matters.

Jason earned his undergraduate degree from Hamilton College and his J.D. and M.B.A. from Seton Hall University.

This segment also offers electrical propulsion systems, which includes power conversion, control, distribution, and propulsion systems, as well as power dense permanent magnet motors, energy storage systems and associated efficient, rugged, and compact power conversion, electrical actuation systems, as well as cooling technologies; and motor controllers, instrumentation and control equipment, electrical actuation systems, and thermal management systems.
