From November 2012 to November 2013, Mr. Hamilton served as Senior Director of FTI Consulting, a management consulting company. Prior to that, Mr. Hamilton served as managing director of Early Bird Capital (August 2010 to September 2012) and Jesup & Lamont (July 2007 to February 2010), and as a Vice President of The Benchmark Company (February 2006 to July 2007).
