Prior to his tenure at AuthentiDate, Mr. Themelis spent nine years with Lehman Brothers, most recently as Senior Vice President and Global Head of the E-Commerce Technology Group and previously as Chief Information Officer for Lehman in Asia where he spent six years in Hong Kong and Tokyo. Early in his career, Mr. Themelis worked at Morgan Stanley as a software developer.

Mr. Themelis currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross for the Greater New York area. He is married with four children and lives in Muttontown, NY.
