Prior to that, he was Group President, Fluid Handling Technologies at Roper Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROP) where he led a diverse portfolio of companies serving a wide array of end markets. Mr. Banyard began his business career at Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR), where he held a variety of management roles including Vice President and General Manager of Kollmorgen’s Vehicle Systems business.

Mr. Banyard holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton and an M.B.A. from The University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
