He went on to serve as CEO of Invensys PLC between 2001 and 2005 and most recently as a Partner at Star Capital Partners Ltd.

Mr. Haythornthwaite holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from The Queen’s College at Oxford and a Master’s degree in Management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT. He currently serves as the Chairman of MasterCard Inc., Chairman of Centrica PLC, and Chairman and Founder of QiO Technologies Ltd.
