Bruce Brda is senior vice president of global solutions and services for Motorola Solutions. He is responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of solutions and services and leads the company’s learning and customer advocacy teams.

Brda joined Motorola in 1989. He previously led Motorola’s Global Networks business and guided its sale toNokia Siemens Networks in April 2011. Prior to that, he managed the go-to-market function for key regions in Motorola’s Mobile Devices business and also led the global sales organization. He has held a variety of leadership, sales, engineering and business development roles across numerous Motorola business units. Prior to joining Motorola, Brda worked as director of engineering for Dukane Corporation and as a design engineer for Northrop Corporation.
Brda serves on the Income Development Committee for the American Cancer Society’s Illinois Division.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University and a master’s degree from Illinois Institute of Technology.
