Victoria Baltrus Biography and Net Worth

Victoria Baltrus is the Chief Accounting Officer at Oscar, where she oversees accounting, financial reporting, financial controls, finance operations and finance transformation activities. She has 30 years of experience spanning both the insurance industry and financial services.

Prior to Oscar, Victoria was the SVP of Finance Strategy at Kemper Insurance and led the development and execution of strategic projects to scale the finance department. She also previously served as Assistant Controller at CNA Insurance. She began her career at HSBC (formerly Household International) within the internal audit function, led the controllership functions for the correspondent mortgage and credit card divisions, and migrated to Capital One through their acquisition of HSBC’s credit card business as VP with division controller oversight for several business lines including credit card. Throughout her career, Victoria has been passionate about employee inclusion and development. She chaired Capital One’s regional women's network and was a member of CNA’s human capital committee, a cross-functional group responsible for developing and driving talent related initiatives across the enterprise.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and is a CPA.
