E. Glen Nickle is Overstock’s Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, where he oversees all legal aspects of Overstock and a team of attorneys, paralegals, staff and external counsel. He is responsible for the Company’s litigation, contracting, securities filings, regulatory matters, intellectual property, and legal compliance as well as serving as the Secretary to the Board of Directors.
He has been instrumental in the Company’s capital raises as well as successfully distributing Overstock’s digital dividend. Previously, he served as Overstock’s Vice President of Legal and General Counsel from July 2016 to February 2021. He joined the Overstock team in May 2010 as Associate General Counsel.
Prior to that, Nickle was Associate General Counsel at ICON Health & Fitness Inc., Divisional General Counsel and Director of Distribution at Nordictrack Inc., and Associate General Counsel for HealthRider Inc. Nickle is an active member of the Utah State Bar and holds a Juris Doctor, Master of Accountancy, and Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University.
