Robert Anderson has served as a Director since November 2023. Previously, Mr. Anderson served as Chief Executive Officer of Earthstone Energy, Inc. from 2020 until it was acquired by Permian Resources in November 2023. He also previously held other roles at Earthstone, including President and Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Engineering. Before joining Earthstone in 2014, Mr. Anderson held the role of Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Engineering at Oak Valley Resources until the closing of its strategic combination with Earthstone in December 2014. He is a petroleum engineer with over 30 years of diversified domestic and international experience, and he held various other engineering roles of increasing responsibility for other major oil companies and independents prior to joining Oak Valley Resources in 2013.

Mr. Anderson has previously been on the board of Earthstone Energy, Inc. and a private E&P company with operations in Texas and Louisiana. He is currently an At-Large Director of the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA).
