Kevin C. Kaiser assumed the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Plumas Bank as of January 1, 2026. He joined Plumas Bank on May 1, 2014, and opened a Loan Production Office in Chico, CA. Kaiser spent the next five years building a commercial loan portfolio and was instrumental in the opening of the Chico full-service banking branch. Kaiser was promoted as the Bank’s Credit Administrator on April 1, 2019, where he assisted in overseeing all the bank’s credit needs including credit risk, commercial and agricultural loan structure, collateral analysis, loan policy development and portfolio risk management. He provided lending support and directed procedures and processes, to ensure the overall quality of the bank’s loan portfolio. Kaiser has 39 years of commercial banking experience. Prior to joining Plumas Bank, he was a commercial lender for a variety of community banks located in the Chico, CA market. He started his banking career as an agricultural loan officer with the Farm Credit System and eventually joined the loan review team for the Western Farm Credit Bank. Kaiser graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business and is also a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
