There, Mr. Foss focused on improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, building an engaged workforce, and delivering strong and sustainable financial success, driving stakeholder value through the company’s IPO and subsequent growth.
Prior to joining Aramark, Mr. Foss served as Chief Executive Officer of Pepsi Beverages Company and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. In the latter role, he helped lead the company through its IPO and oversaw substantial acquisition and integration efforts.
Mr. Foss served on the Board of Directors of Primo Water Corporation prior to the merger with BlueTriton Brands, Inc. in 2024, and, before becoming Chairman of the Primo Brands Board of Directors in November 2025, had served as a Director since November 2024.
