Tim Arndt is chief financial officer at Prologis, where he is responsible for the company's worldwide corporate finance function. He oversees treasury, capital markets, financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, risk, investor relations and internal audit.
A seasoned finance leader, Arndt joined AMB Property Corporation, Prologis’ predecessor company, in 2004. Since then, he has served the company in broad capacities, including portfolio management in its Strategic Capital division and advising on strategic finance and global investments. Previously, Arndt served as Prologis’ treasurer, overseeing global capital raising and planning as well as playing a key role in the company’s M&A activities. Prior to joining AMB, he worked in real estate strategy at Gap Inc. and in debt capital markets at Forest City Enterprises.
Arndt has been named a Best CFO by Institutional Investor for three consecutive years, earning the No. 1 ranking in 2023, No. 5 in 2024 and No. 2 in 2025.
Arndt received a BBA from the University of Toledo and an MBA from Cleveland State University. Additionally, he completed the Stanford Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
