Paul Murphy, III Biography and Net Worth

Paul Murphy is responsible for leading the brand and the executive team in the creation, implementation and execution of a strategy that delivers positive results for all stakeholders.

Before joining Red Robin, Paul served as Executive Chairman of Noodles & Company. He previously worked with Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. for 12 years, where he served in a variety of roles including President and CEO. During this tenure, Paul gained extensive industry knowledge and honed his management and leadership skills in the quick-service sector. In his time with Del Taco, Paul and his team took the over 50-year old brand to new heights, including leading the transition from a privately-held to a publicly-traded company in 2015.

Paul earned his Bachelor’s degree from Washington & Lee University. He and his wife, Jessecia, reside in Colorado. Outside of work his hobbies include traveling and fly fishing.
