Richard Thornburgh Biography and Net Worth

Richard E. Thornburgh has served as a member of the board of directors of Hawk Parent since May 2019 as a designee of Corsair Capital LLC. Mr. Thornburgh currently serves as the Chair of the board of directors of Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc., a company that provides assisted tax preparation services and related financial products and which is a portfolio company of Corsair Capital LLC. He has held this position since June 2018. Since October 2020, he has served as the Chairman of S&P Global, Inc. (NYSE: SPGI), a publicly traded financial information and analytics company, where he serves as the Chair of the Financial Policy Committee and a member of the Executive and Audit Committees. He previously served as a director of Capstar Financial Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded bank holding company, from December 2008 to December 2019, and Newstar Financial, a commercial financing company that was a portfolio company of Corsair Capital LLC, from December 2006 until its sale in December 2017. In addition, from May 2006 to April 2018, Mr. Thornburgh served on the board of directors of Credit Suisse AG, a publicly traded global financial institution.
