Before Rogers, Mike worked for Nutrien, the world’s largest agricultural inputs and retail company. During his tenure there, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Additionally, Mike led Nutrien’s global retail organization in 2022, managing the division through a record financial and safety performance year.

Before joining Nutrien, Mike spent over 15 years in financial services, working in Hong Kong, Singapore, India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Canada. He had the distinct honor of being appointed Global Head of Human Resources for HSBC Amanah – HSBC’s global Islamic banking division.
