Robert “Bob” Daigle is the senior vice president and chief technology officer for Rogers Corporation, an electrical and electronic manufacturing company. 

Daigle joined the Arizona-based company in 1988 as a development engineer for its corporate research and development center. By 1994, he had moved on to the role of division manager for microwave materials. He was promoted to VP of the advanced circuit materials division in 2001. 

From 2003 to 2009, Daigle worked as CTO and VP for research and development. In July 2009, he added his current role as SVP, in which he oversees Rogers’ power distribution business. Presently, he heads up all corporate strategy, innovation, and marketing and acquisitions for Rogers. 

Additionally, from 2006 to 2009, Daigle served as chairman for Rogers’ joint venture in Taiwan, Chang Chun Technologies. He previously served on the board of Solicore from 2009 to 2013. 

He earned his B.S. in chemical and materials engineering at the University of Connecticut and his M.B.A. from Rensselaer University.
