Mr. Dixon served as the Vice Chairman of the board, Chief Investment Officer from 2010 to 2015 and CEO and President from October 2015 to June 2016. In 2008 Mr. Dixon founded Blue Flame Capital, LLC, a consulting, financial advisory and investment firm. Before forming Blue Flame, Mr. Dixon spent 23 years with Banc of America Securities, LLC and its predecessors. At the time of his retirement, Mr. Dixon was a Managing Director in the Corporate and Investment Banking group and held the position of Global Head of the Basic Industries Group of Banc of America Securities.
