Fabrinet specializes in precision optical, electro-optical, PCBA, and electromechanical manufacturing in a high-mix, any-volume environment. As CTO and GM of Fabrinet West, he established advanced optical-packaging capabilities serving markets such as LiDAR, 3D sensing, VR/AR, and medical devices.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Hou held executive leadership roles at AXT, Inc. (Nasdaq: AXTI) as chief operating officer and at EMCORE Corporation (Nasdaq: EMKR) as president and chief executive officer, where he also served on the board of directors.
