Gregory K. Hinckley has served as a member of our board of directors since January 2011. In 2017, Mr. Hinckley retired as president of Mentor Graphics Corporation, a leader in electronic design automation, after serving in that role for nearly 20 years. Prior to Mentor, Mr. Hinckley held senior officer positions with VLSI Technology, Crowley Maritime and Bio-Rad Laboratories, and is currently serving on the board of directors for Bio-Rad as the lead director. Mr. Hinkley also serves as trustee of Claremont McKenna College and Portland State University where he is Vice Chair of the board. In past years, he served as a director for several other publicly traded companies including Intermec Corporation, OEC Medical, Amkor Technology and Super Micro Computer. In 2011, Mr. Hinkley was named Oregon Technology Executive or the Year; and in 2013, he was named an Honorary Professor of the Nottingham University in Ningbo, China. Mr. Hinckley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in physics from Claremont McKenna College and was a Fulbright Scholar in applied mathematics at Nottingham University in Nottingham, England. In addition, he holds a Master of Science in applied physics from University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
