Michael Pisetsky Biography and Net Worth

Michael A. Pisetsky was named Senior Vice President of Operations & Administration and Chief Legal Officer by SI-BONE in April 2021. In this role, Mr. Pisetsky leads all aspects of SI-BONE’s supply chain and customer service operations, as well as its legal, regulatory and administrative support organizations, and is a member of the Company’s Executive Management Team.  He also serves as the chief advisor on all legal, strategic, transactional, and operational and administrative matters to the management team and board of directors.  Prior to his role, Mr. Pisetsky held increasingly senior management roles, including most recently serving as the Company’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He was a key member of the team executing SI-BONE’s initial public offering and has been instrumental in multiple rounds of financing for the Company including both private and public debt and equity transactions.  Prior to joining SI-BONE Mr. Pisetsky was an attorney in the Business Department at Cooley LLP in Palo Alto, representing a portfolio of medical technology, biotech, healthcare services and general technology clients, from inception to public offering and eventual sale, and practiced independently for several years as well. Mr. Pisetsky received his B.A. from Harvard College and his J.D. and M.B.A. from Duke University.
