Mr. Staggs previously served over 10 years as a surface warfare officer in the U.S. Navy, having attained the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from The Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary.
