Mr. Castro-Caratini has served in senior positions including as EVP and CFO since May 2022. He joined us in November 2016 as Senior Vice President, Finance and Capital Markets where he set operational, financial, corporate M&A, and public communication strategies in addition to managing Sun's investor, research analyst, investment bank and lender relationships.
