Rose Neale is Sun Country’s Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President. Ms. Neale also serves as the Company’s Corporate Secretary. Prior, she served as Sun Country’s General Counsel since 2022 and, before that, Associate General Counsel and Vice President. Prior to joining Sun Country in 2021, she was managing counsel of Castlelake, a top quartile private equity investment advisor where she had legal oversight for Castlelake’s aviation investments, debt and equity raising. She has also practiced corporate law and was legal counsel for an investment firm. She received her JD from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and her BS from the University of Arizona. She has a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
