Kenneth Hvid has served as Teekay Corporation Ltd.’s President and Chief Executive Officer* since 2017 and joined the board of directors in 2019. He has also served on the board of directors of Teekay Tankers Ltd. since 2017 and was appointed as its President and Chief Executive Officer in August 2024. He previously served as the Chair of Teekay Tankers Ltd.’s board of directors from 2019 to 2024. In addition to these roles, he previously served as a director of Teekay GP L.L.C., the general partner of Teekay LNG Partners L.P.
