Dr. Tingley earned an B.A. degree from Brown University and his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He completed internship and residency programs at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, a cardiology fellowship at UCSF and post-doctoral research at the Gladstone Institutes.
