Ms. Susan Barrett served as President and Partner of Dearden, Maguire, Weaver & Barrett, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisory firm, from 1985 – 2007.  Susan was the Chief Equity Strategist for the company, overseeing $2 billion in assets under management. The firm was sold to Fulton Financial Corporation in 2001.  Ms. Barrett began work as an independent financial advisor after leaving Fulton Financial in 2007.  Susan has been an active member of a variety of local organizations, acting as a financial advisor for various non-profit entities and as a member of the Board of Trustees of LaSalle University, for whom she served as Chair of the Investment Committee and Member of the Executive Committee and Finance Committee during her 10-year term.  Susan was the Chair of Cornerstone Financial Corporation from 2013-2024, and was a Director beginning in 2010.  Ms. Barrett is a graduate of LaSalle University, with a BS in Finance.  Susan currently serves as a Director of The Bank of Princeton, a New Jersey State chartered commercial bank.  Ms. Barrett’s extensive knowledge of financial affairs and small bank operations provides valuable insight to the Board and Management.
