Steve McClellan is President of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company’s Americas region where he leads the company’s largest business spanning across North America and Latin America and including nearly 30,000 associates in nine core countries, over 800 retail and commercial truck centers and 22 manufacturing facilities.

Notably, McClellan also spearheaded the formation of TireHub, a joint venture with Bridgestone Americas Inc., that is positioned to become one of the largest distributors of consumer tires to dealers and retailers across the U.S.
Throughout his career, McClellan has pioneered new technology and innovation to unlock growth opportunities. He led Goodyear to become the first tire company to launch e-commerce and mobile installation platforms and has been instrumental in fostering the success of Goodyear’s Total Mobility end-to-end tire management solution that delivers unmatched value to fleets.
Known for his ability to cultivate talent and build strong leadership teams, McClellan has helped many of his team members grow their careers and advance to critical roles as senior leaders within the company. McClellan is also an advocate of the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives as chair of its Global Diversity and Inclusion Council.
McClellan is active in the tire and rubber industry and served as Chairman of the U.S. Tire Manufacturers Association during 2018-2021. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Akron.
