Before joining Navigators, Denise was an international vice president, managing international compensation and benefits, at New York Life Insurance Company. Prior to that, she spent 10 years at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, rising to the role of global human resources manager. Denise graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
