An accomplished leader and highly experienced senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in the property and casualty industry, Jack was appointed president and chief executive officer of The Hanover in October 2017.

Since joining the company in 2006, Jack has served in several senior leadership positions. He most recently served as president, Hanover Agency Markets, where he was responsible for the company’s personal and commercial lines business, leading the company’s efforts to expand business written through its agent partners. Jack also has held the roles of president, business insurance; and vice president, field operations, marketing and distribution, across both personal and commercial lines; as well as vice president, underwriting and product management, commercial lines.

Prior to joining The Hanover, Jack served in senior management roles at the St. Paul Travelers Companies, last serving as vice president, commercial accounts.
