Kurt Svendsen was appointed vice president, strategy, corporate and channel development in November 2020. He previously served as vice president of information services from May 2013 through October 2020. He is responsible for enterprise strategy development and planning, acquisitions and other investments, and portfolio management. He also leads the Company's distributor development function and strategic technologies group.

Svendsen served in multiple information technology roles at Andersen Consulting and Medtronic before joining The Toro Company in 1999, and held various information services management positions. It sells its products through a network of distributors, dealers, mass retailers, hardware retailers, equipment rental centers, home centers, and online.
