Randall Greenwood Biography and Net Worth

Randall M. Greenwood, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of United Bancorp, Inc. (the Company), is also Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Unified Bank (The Bank). He joined the Bank in December 1997 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company. He directs the financial functions and has significantly enhanced the accounting, regulatory reporting, budgeting, asset/liability management and forecasting for the Bank as well as the Company.

A summa cum laude graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Mr. Greenwood is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and had 12 years senior management experience in auditing and consulting in banking, brokerage and insurance with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP and Bank One prior to joining United Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Greenwood pursued additional education throughout his career in conjunction with CPA maintenance requirements and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. He serves on the Board of Directors for The Salvation Army, Martins Ferry Chamber of Commerce, and the St. Clairsville Junior Sports Association.
