Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Sales for Unity Bank. I have worked for Unity Bank over the course of the past 14 years; 12 of those years were in the position of Senior Vice President of Retail Banking. I have had a progressive tenure with the bank whereby, my scope of responsibilty entailed all facets of branch banking and retail administration, including the expansion and consilidation of the branch network, staffing,all retail operations, the development and enforcement of policies and procedures, security and the implementation and management of a non-deposit investment line of business. In my current role, I am responsible for spearheading the execution and communication of the strategic vision and plan for the bank, organizing customer and employee experience initatives, the continued development, administration and success of the sales and incentive program, and ensuring that the bank is actively engaged and has a high level of participation with community, civic, social and networking groups within our footprint. I am also responsible for the management and oversight of the following departments of the bank; retail branch network, residential mortgage, training & development and human resources.

Prior to joining Unity Bank in 2000, I held various management and leadership positions with Wachovia and Bank of America in retail banking and branch administration for over 14 years. I have been a banker and member of senior management for over 28 yearsand have kept abreast of all industry and regulatory changes

Overall, I am best known for my success in the leadership and development of others. In 2002, I was given an award from Unity Bank for Creative and Exceptional Management. In 2013, I was recognized and awarded by Bank Horizons and New Jersey Bankers with their New Leader's in banking award.
