Prior to Veeva, Faddis spent 11 years as the senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary for SaaS provider Taleo Corporation. In that role, he oversaw all legal and corporate activities for Taleo and played a major role in developing the company’s SaaS business model. He also participated in Taleo’s 2005 IPO, its nine acquisitions, and eventual sale for $2.1 billion.
Early in his career, Faddis worked as a business development manager for Rentals.com Inc., conducted business litigation and dealt with intellectual property as an attorney for Fulbright & Jaworski, and spent a year as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Justice Craig Enoch of the Supreme Court of Texas.
Faddis is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and registered as in-house counsel with the State Bar of California. He received his undergraduate degree in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
