Mr. Serafino is also a member of the board of directors of Venus Concept’s subsidiaries in Australia, Hong Kong, Israel, Shanghai (as Chair), United Kingdom, Argentina, Mexico, South Africa, Canada (as Chair), Japan, the United States and South Korea.
