Prior to joining us, and since 2008, he served as CFO, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of Vicor Corporation (NASDAQ: VICR), for which he also served as a member of the board of directors. At Vicor, he played a key role in repositioning the company strategically and organizationally. Before 2008, Mr. Simms worked as an investment banker for over two decades, most recently with Needham & Company, Inc.
