James "Jim” Wechsler joined WSFS in 2010 and has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Banking Officer since January 2025. Prior to his current role, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Commercial Banking. He has also held various senior positions at WSFS, including leading Corporate Development, Strategic Planning, Consumer Lending, and Small Business Banking.

Mr. Wechsler earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Delaware and his MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from Villanova University.  He was named to Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 under 40 list in 2022.
