Wayne Pisano was elected to join the company’s Board in August of 2018. Mr. Pisano joined the board of directors of Provention Bio, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, in April of 2018, and has served on the board of directors of Immunovaccine Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, since October 2011, and Oncolytics, Inc., a biotechnology company, since May 2013. Mr. Pisano served as president and CEO of VaxInnate, a biotechnology company, from January 2012 until November 2016.
