Following his tenure as SEC Chairman, he rejoined Sullivan & Cromwell, where he currently serves as Senior Policy Advisor and Of Counsel, advising companies and public institutions on governance, markets and regulatory matters.

Mr. Clayton serves on the Board of Directors of Apollo Global Management Inc. and is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.’s System Resolution Advisory Committee. He also serves as an advisor to several emerging technology firms in the digital asset space.
