Ms. Anasenes was a member of the Company’s Board of Directors from July 2018 until December 2020. From 2016 until March 2020, Ms. Anasenes served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Squarespace, Inc., which sells subscription software to help customers establish and manage their online presence and stores. From 2013 to 2015, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Infor, a cloud application software company.
