She previously served as a Class B director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and on the boards of Atkore, Blount International, CNH Industrial, N.V., Clarcor, Inc., Echo Global Logistics, EnerSys Inc. and Vesuvius plc. She was formerly an appointed member for the Takata Independent Quality Assurance Panel to investigate the airbag inflator recall. Ms. Connors received her B.S. and M.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton.
