Previously, Mr. Siboni served on the board of FileNet Corporation, from December 1998 until it was acquired by IBM in October 2006; the board of infoGROUP Inc., from January 2009 until it was acquired by CCMP Capital Advisors in July 2010; the board of ArcSight, Inc., from June 2009 until it was acquired by Hewlett-Packard Company in October 2010; the board of Classmates Media Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Online, from 2007 to 2010; and the board of Marketo, Inc., from October 2011 until it was acquired by Milestone Holdco, LLC in August 2016. Mr. Siboni holds a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley. As a former Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Epiphany, Inc., a former Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner of the information, communication and entertainment practice at KPMG LLP and a director of a number of companies, including as a member of the Audit (where he also serves as Chairman).
