Mr. Tomick is our Lead Independent Director and has served on the Board since July 2020 and served on the board of ERI from September 2014 until July 2020. Mr. Tomick co-founded Securus, Inc., a company involved in the GPS monitoring and Personal Emergency Response business and served as its Chief Financial Officer from 2008 to 2010 and as its Chairman from 2010 to March 2015. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Tomick was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SpectraSite, Inc., a NYSE-listed wireless tower company. Mr. Tomick was, from 1994 to 1997, the Chief Financial Officer of Masada Security, a company involved in the security monitoring business and, from 1988 to 1994, the Vice PresidentFinance of Falcon Cable TV, where he was responsible for debt management, mergers and acquisitions, equity origination and investor relations. Prior to 1988, he managed a team of corporate finance professionals focusing on the communications industry for The First National Bank of Chicago. Mr. Tomick currently serves on the board of directors of Casalu, Inc. since October 2020, Gryppers, Inc., since July 2016, Autocam Medical since 2008 and First Choice Packaging since 2006 and has served on the board of the following organizations: Autocam Corporation (2008-2014), NuLink Digital (2010-2016) and TransLoc, Inc.(2005-2016).
