Joe Squeri joined Comstock Holding Companies®, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHCI) in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure with Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. Mr. Squeri is also a member of Comstock’s Executive Committee, which charts strategic direction, evaluates acquisition opportunities, and oversees strategic partnerships, including multiple public-private partnerships.
In addition to the executive management positions Mr. Squeri has held at Comstock, he served as a Managing Director with SunBridge Capital Management, LLC, a private investment management firm founded by the Bainum family, a prominent Washington, DC, family with investment interests that include Choice Hotels International (NYSE: CHH), banking, real estate, and has been a strategic partner with Comstock and continues to be a shareholder of the Company
From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Squeri served as the Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT). From 1997 through 2007, Mr. Squeri served in a variety of management positions at Choice Hotels International (NYSE: CHH), including Chief Financial Officer, and as President and Chief Operating Officer.
