David A. Brown has served as a director of the Company since 2013 and currently serves as Chair of the Board. He also has served as non-executive Chair of Hamilton Re, Ltd. since 2015. David previously served as the Chief Executive Officer at Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings Ltd. from September 2005 until its sale in November 2012.
