David A. Brown has served as a director of the Company since 2013 and currently serves as Chair of the Board. He also has served as non-executive Chair of Hamilton Re, Ltd. since 2015. David previously served as the Chief Executive Officer at Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings Ltd. from September 2005 until its sale in November 2012. He was also the Chief Executive Officer of Centre Solutions from 1994 to 1997, and was a partner with Ernst & Young, Bermuda until 1993.
