From 2022 to 2025, Ms. Martin served as the Company Group Chair of the Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions (CSS) Group at Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ), overseeing a high-growth portfolio of MedTech businesses that collectively generated more than $6 billion in annual sales, employed more than 14,000 people, and helped more than 1.5 million patients each year.  As a member of the Johnson & Johnson MedTech leadership team, she led a diverse portfolio of medical device businesses including Electrophysiology, Neurovascular Intervention, Ear Nose and Throat, and Breast Aesthetics. Both in the U.S. and internationally, she played a vital role in advancing the ambition of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, including developing new categories and advancing standards of care. Her two-decade leadership in atrial fibrillation ablation helped establish the foundation for a catheter ablation market that now exceeds $10 billion. She also helped establish a West Coast hub for Johnson & Johnson. Prior to that, Ms. Martin held several roles of increasing responsibility including Company Group Chair, overseeing the surgical instrument portfolio of Ethicon, maker of Dermabond topical adhesives, from 2018 to 2021.  

Ms. Martin is a Board Director for CONMED Corporation (NYSE: CNMD) and serves on its Audit and Strategy Committees. She is also an Executive Board Member of Octane OC. In 2022, Ms. Martin was named one of Fierce Biotech's Fiercest Women in Life Sciences and received the Octane OC 2022 High Tech Award for "Outstanding Large Innovator / Disruptor," which she accepted on behalf of the J&J MedTech team.

She holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a master’s degree in marketing from Normandy Business School, and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School, INSEAD, and MIT Sloan School of Management.
